Les recordamos una serie de datos que son imprescindibles a la hora de solicitar recogidas cuyo origen sea distinto a sus almacenes o domicilios.
- Nombre de la empresa, dirección completa, código postal y población.
- Teléfono y persona de contacto.
- Fecha en la que se debe ir a recoger, entendiendo que la mercancía estará preparada el día indicado.
- Horario de la empresa donde debemos personarnos para recoger.
- Observaciones adicionales a la recogida. No se podrá indicar ninguna observación del tipo «llamar antes» ya que en la fecha que nos indican para la recogida la mercancía debe de estar preparada.
- Si la mercancía a recoger está considerada como ADR, deberán enviarnos junto con la solicitud de recogida la carta de porte de la mercancía correctamente confeccionada.
Además, es absolutamente imprescindible, que la mercancía se entregue al transportista etiquetada, con todos los datos completos de destino y los datos del remitente.
Si faltara alguno de los datos anteriores, podría ser que la recogida no se haga en el plazo acordado por alguna incidencia sufrida durante la misma, además de que la plaza recogedora puede pasarnos un cargo adicional al porte por recogida fallida.
