Convocada una huelga de transporte a partir del 17 de Noviembre por las asociaciones nacionales de transportistas integrantes del Departamento de Mercancías del comité Nacional de Transportes , si antes el Ministerio de Hacienda no rectifica.
Desde el 27/02/2014 en que se dictó la sentencia por el Tribunal de Justicia de la UE, ordenando al Estado español la devolución de las cantidades ilegalmente recaudadas con el denominado «céntimo sanitario», desde el comité nacional se ha ofrecido total colaboración al gobierno para el ordenado cumplimiento de la misma.
Como respuesta la Agencia Tributaria, tras dilatar inútilmente el proceso, ha tratado de engañar al sector del transporte, con la única intención de escamotear el exacto cumplimiento de la sentencia, apropiándose de un dinero que está obligado a devolver. Así se ha puesto de manifiesto en las primeras resoluciones de la agencia Tributaria, en respuesta a la legítima petición administrativa de devolución por parte de los transportistas.
Ante esta situación, el comité nacional ha adoptado el acuerdo de que si llegadas las 00:00 horas del día 17/11/2014, sin que el Gobierno haya rectificado su decisión inicial, ordenando el exacto cumplimiento de la sentencia en sus justos términos, se procederá, sin perjuicio de otras medidas, a un paro de actividad inicialmente fijado en 72 horas.
