Este Jueves 16 de Abril se ha publicado en el BOE el ADR 2015 actualizado.
El ADR (Acuerdo Europeo sobre el transporte internacional de mercancías peligrosas por carretera) entró en vigor en 1968 y desde entonces se actualiza cada dos años.
Esta actualización fue aprobada por la comisión Nacional de las Naciones Unidas para Europa en Ginebra el 1 de Julio de 2014.
En lo referente al ADR 2015 está en vigor desde el pasado 1 de Enero de 2015 y será de obligado cumplimiento a partir del 1 de julio de 2015, hasta esta fecha se encuentra en vigor el ADR 2013.
El Acuerdo Europeo relativo al Transporte Internacional de Mercancías Peligrosas por carretera es la que tiene la aplicación más amplia en el ámbito de la Unión Europea y regula como deben de ser las condiciones para la realización del transporte de mercancías peligrosas por carretera en Europa.
Las nuevas enmiendas que se incorporan tienen como objetivo actualizar los nuevos conocimientos y la experiencia que se va adquiriendo cada dos años, adaptándose a los avances técnicos y resolviendo las posibles incorrecciones.
Las nuevas condiciones de este ADR 2015 afectan como obligaciones de seguridad a diferentes participantes y no solo al transportista, expedidor y destinatario, sino que también afectan a otros participantes como pueden ser el embalador, cargador y el descargador.
Os dejamos aquí, para poder comprobar más fácilmente las modificaciones del ADR 2015 con respecto al ADR 2013, los documentos que el Ministerio de Fomento ha preparado y publicado, con las variaciones remarcadas y el cuadro de modificaciones.
