El Boletín Oficial del Estado del lunes 3 de febrero, ha publicado las restricciones al tráfico para vehículos de más de 7,5 Tn de M.M.A. para el año 2014.
Estas medidas especiales obedecen a razones de seguridad vial, movilidad y fluidez de circulación, en concordancia con las fechas en que se prevén desplazamientos masivos de vehículos, así como por la peligrosidad de la carga de ciertos vehículos.
MERCANCÍA GENERAL
En los tramos y durante los días y las horas que se indican en el anexo II (enlace más abajo) a todo vehículo de más de 7,5 Tn de M.M.A. y a los conjuntos de vehículos de cualquier M.M.A.
Quedando exentos de esta prohibición los vehículos y conjuntos de vehículos con cualquier M.M.A. que transporten ganado vivo o leche cruda, así como aquellos que, en periodo invernal, transporten fundentes para asegurar el correcto mantenimiento de las vialidad de las carreteras.
MERCANCÍAS PELIGROSAS
A los vehículos que deban llevar los paneles naranja de señalización de peligro reglamentarios conforme el ADR, los domingos y días festivos dentro del ámbito territorial correspondiente, desde las ocho horas hasta las veinticuatro horas, y las vísperas, no sábados, de estos festivos, desde las trece hasta las veinticuatro horas, así como en los días y horas indicados en el anexo VI.
En caso de coincidir varios días festivos consecutivos, incluidos los domingo, dentro del ámbito territorial correspondiente, las restricciones se aplicarán en el primero de ellos solamente desde las ocho hasta las quince horas, y en el último la correspondiente a domingo o día festivo, quedando es resto de días festivos sin restricción. Todo ello sin perjuicio de las restricciones temporales que puedan imponerse con motivo de festividades de carácter local.
Los itinerarios a utilizar por los vehículos para el transporte de mercancías peligrosas quedan detallados en los anexos adjuntos.
VEHÍCULOS ESPECIALES
La maquinaria agrícola, y la de obras o servicios no podrá circular en los tramos y durante los días y horas que se indican en el anexo II.
La maquinaria de servicios automotriz y las grúas de elevación, no podrán circular los domingos y días festivos dentro del ámbito territorial correspondiente, desde las ocho hasta las veinticuatro horas, y las vísperas, no sábados, de festivos, desde las trece hasta las veinticuatro horas, así como en los días y horas indicados en los anexos II y VI de esta resolución.
En el caso de coincidir varios días festivos consecutivos dentro del ámbito territorial correspondiente, las restricciones se aplicarán en el primero de ellos solamente desde las ocho hasta las quince horas, y en el último la correspondiente a domingo o día festivo, quedando el resto de días festivos sin restricción.
Estas restricciones no serán de aplicación a los vehículos dedicados al servicio de auxilio en carretera. En el caso de siniestros que requieran la urgente e inmediata presencia de maquinarias de servicio automotriz y grúas de elevación en el lugar del suceso, comunicarán al Organismo Autónomo Jefatura Central de Tráfico o al Centro de Gestión de Tráfico de la zona afectada, los vehículos y sus características, así como el itinerario que seguirán desde su origen hasta el lugar de destino.
